    Description

    Stunning Steuben glass paperweight with 18k gold and sterling silver sword that serves as a letter opener.
    It is designed by James Houston  - his interpretation of the myth, the sword is a letter knife and the stone
    a paperweight.
    The Sword measures 8 1/2" long and the paperweight is 3 1/4" tall. at the top of the
    sword it is marked "Sterling" and "18K" which I photographed.
    Both are in good pre-owned condition - the sword has signs of normal use and there is one tiny flea bite
    on the paperweight where the sword is inserted into the glass. It is at the surface and I believe it could be polished out.
